Music festival season is in full swing and SXSW and Coachella have just wrapped up with the food trucks taking much of the spotlight as the musical performances have. Remember that mobile food vendors are also an important cog in these large outdoor events since slam dancing does create a big appettite.
Debuting this year in Tampa is the 3-day Big Guava Music Festival that would be headlined by Outkast, Vampire Weekend, and Foster The People with 40 other bands performing in four different stages. The festival would be held at the Florida State Fairgrounds and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on May 2-4.
There would also be a showcase of different craft brews and microbrews. Below are the list of participating food trucks.
